This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for U.S. residents and covers "consumer health data" under state laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act.

We are not a HIPAA covered entity, but we process your consumer health data (heart rate, HRV, sleep, weight, VO₂max, load metrics, location and inferences) in accordance with applicable state laws.

We collect it with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; we do not sell health data. You can access it, learn who it is shared with and delete it by writing to [email protected]. We do not set up geofences around health care facilities. We notify breaches in accordance with the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule.
