Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using LoGua KLK you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Health Notice. You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
2. Description of the service
LoGua KLK analyzes your training data and generates personalized plans with AI assistance. The service may be in beta or under development; features may change.
3. Subscription, payments and cancellation
Plans and price. LoGua KLK has a free plan and a paid plan, Coach AI, for USD 9.99 per month (US dollars). The free plan never expires.
Welcome free trial. When you create your account you automatically receive 14 days of the paid plan, with no card and no commitment (once per account). When it ends, your account moves to the free plan on its own — you are not charged anything and you don't have to cancel. We notify you before it expires.
Billing and renewal. When you subscribe to the paid plan, the first charge is immediate (you already received the trial at sign-up) and the subscription renews every month to the same payment method until you cancel it.
Founder price. The first 5 subscriptions receive a 50 % discount that is kept for as long as that subscription remains active. If you cancel, the founder price is not guaranteed when you subscribe again. The discount is applied automatically at checkout while seats remain.
How to cancel. From Plans → Manage subscription (subscribed on the website) or from your Apple ID settings (subscribed in the iPhone app), at any time and without having to write to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: you keep access until that date and you are not charged again.
Refunds. The welcome trial is your risk-free way to decide. Once a subscription month has started, periods already billed are not refunded, unless the law of your country requires it.
Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and United Kingdom). You have 14 calendar days to withdraw. When you subscribe you request the immediate start of the digital service and acknowledge that, once performance has begun, you lose the right of withdrawal for the period already provided.
Price changes. We will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the new price applies.
Taxes. The price does not include taxes your jurisdiction may require. If they apply, they are shown before you confirm payment.
Payment processor. Charges on the website are handled by Stripe, Inc. (USA). LoGua Labs LLC never sees or stores your card details.
Subscription from the iPhone app (App Store). If you subscribe to the paid plan inside the iOS app, the purchase is an Apple auto-renewable subscription: payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase and renews every month at the price shown in the App Store for your country, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it from your iPhone (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or from the App Store; when you cancel you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple under its terms (reportaproblem.apple.com); if Apple refunds or revokes the purchase, the associated access ends at that moment. Apple Media Services terms apply to that purchase. One account may have access through more than one channel at a time; in that case access lasts until the later date and LoGua never charges twice for the same thing.

Promo codes. They grant access free of charge for the stated time, are not redeemable for cash and do not create an automatic renewal. If you have a valid code and a subscription at the same time, the later expiry date applies.
Account deletion. Deleting your account cancels the subscription. The period already paid is not refunded.
4. Third-party connectors
You authorize connections to external providers (Intervals.icu and, in the future, Garmin, Wahoo, Strava or others). We do not control those providers; your use of their data is subject to their terms. Strava data is shown only to you and is not used to generate your AI plan.
5. Data and intellectual property
You keep ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service. The app, the brand, the code and the design belong to LoGua Labs LLC.
6. User content and conduct
LoGua KLK includes social features: comments, photos, activity names, profiles, challenges and group rides. You are responsible for the content you post. We maintain zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: it is forbidden to post content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, that harasses or threatens other people, that impersonates others, that exposes third parties' private data (including their location) or that constitutes spam.
By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the service to whoever your privacy settings allow. We provide tools to report content and block users inside the app; we review reports promptly (target: 24 hours) and may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without prior notice when the severity warrants it.
7. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoGua Labs LLC and its members shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for injuries or damages arising from exercise or training decisions. You agree to indemnify LoGua Labs LLC for misuse of the service.
8. Dispute resolution
To the extent permitted by law, disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration, with a class-action waiver (with a 30-day opt-out), without affecting mandatory consumer rights. Governing law: State of Florida, USA.
