AI coach · cycling first, truly multi-sport

Your data already knows what tomorrow holds. We plan it.

LoGua KLK was born for cyclists who train with power. And since you also run, walk or hit the gym, we measure every effort by its own yardstick — so none of it pollutes your analysis.

What nobody else measures for you

Your engine and your chassis don't tire the same way.

A hundred load points on the bike and a hundred running are not the same thing: running imposes impact and eccentric work that depress your power for days. That's why we keep two ledgers, not one.

  • Metabolic axisThe classic CTL/ATL/TSB. How much aerobic stress you accumulate, wherever it comes from.
  • 🦵Mechanical axisHow much impact punishment your legs are carrying. Running weighs 1.0 · downhill running 1.3 · walking 0.5 · cycling 0.1 · swimming 0.0.

The triathlete reaches Thursday still carrying Saturday's long-run damage, and their TSB can't tell. Ours can.

Every sport, its own yardstick

A watt doesn't measure a stride

Cramming everything into the same formula is why your runs threw your analysis off. Here every discipline is judged by the metric that truly describes it.

Every session carries a provenance chip: how its load was measured and with how much confidence.
Coming soon: its own screen. Today it counts toward your load, but the Coach doesn't prescribe it yet.

Honesty first: we are not a pure running app. If you only run, there are better dedicated tools. What we do is give the multi-sport cyclist, at last, a single source of truth.

The problem

You have the data. What you're missing is knowing what to do with it.

And if you run or walk on top of riding, the problem doubles: some apps ignore it, others add it up as if it were the same thing.

Without LoGua KLK

  • Scattered metrics across five apps, and none of them tells you what to do tomorrow.
  • Your runs go into the same bucket and throw your CTL off.
  • The gym and your walks don't even show up: as far as the plan is concerned, they never happened.
  • Rigid PDF plans that ignore whether you slept badly or showed up wrecked.

With LoGua KLK

  • One clear dashboard: fitness, fatigue and form at a glance.
  • Every discipline by its own yardstick — nothing inflates or pollutes your analysis.
  • Two axes: you know whether it's your engine or the impact on your legs holding you back.
  • A coach that only prescribes the sports you authorize.

Six pieces that work together

Measure, understand, decide, record, compete and move toward your goal.

Your progress, on two axes

Performance management (CTL/ATL/TSB), power curve, FTP trend and — the part nobody else gives you — the impact load your legs are carrying.

✓ You know whether you're progressing or digging a hole
FitnessFatigueForm

A coach that knows which sport it's talking about

It prescribes in watts when it's a bike day and in pace when it's a run day. You decide which disciplines it may schedule — and if you start running on your own, it learns it from your history and lets you know.

✓ It never piles on running volume just because your bike CTL is high

The detail, measured by the right yardstick

The same screen changes language with the sport: on the bike, power and Coggan zones rule; on foot, it's pace, grade-adjusted pace and cadence in spm.

✓ And where there was no sensor it says "—", not a zero that lies

Your phone is device enough

The app records cycling, running, walking or hiking live with GPS, auto-pause and Bluetooth sensors — heart-rate strap, power meter, trainer, footpod. On foot, pace leads; on the bike, power, with big numbers like a bike computer. And if you're following a workout from your plan, it guides you step by step.

On top of that, the rest travels in your pocket: the full analysis of every ride, today's plan, your routes and The Arena.

The iPhone and Android apps exist and work: today a closed group of beta testers uses them. They can't be downloaded from the stores yet. The Apple Watch app doesn't exist yet — when you can record from your wrist, it will say so here.

The Arena: compete fair and have fun

Where the crew measures up. 1v1 duels with your friends, a league with divisions, weekly challenges and the usual segments — but compared by effort (W/kg), not raw time: here you can beat the guy who has 80 watts on you. You earn KLKs, move up a division and win the right to talk trash in the group chat until the next ride.

How it works

From your data to your plan in three steps

No migrations, no spreadsheets. In minutes you have your first recommendation.

01

Bring your history

Connect Intervals.icu in 1 click, upload FIT/GPX/TCX files… or simply start recording with your phone. Everything comes in sorted by sport.

02

Say what you do and what you're after

Your goal event, your available days and which disciplines you authorize the coach to use. If your history already says so, we turn it on for you and let you know.

03

Get your plan and let it adjust

Every day, your session — in watts or in pace, whichever applies. If you train differently or show up fatigued, the plan recalibrates itself.

The crown jewel: your AI coach

Today's session, decided by what happened yesterday

The coach doesn't follow a fixed script. It reads your fatigue, your recovery and what you actually trained — on the bike or on foot — to decide the session that truly moves you forward today.

  • One single fatigue budget. If you ran on Saturday, Sunday's bike session takes it into account. They are not two plans running in parallel.
  • Impact doesn't transfer. A cyclist with a sky-high CTL can't handle 40 km on foot: the engine can, the shins can't. The coach knows it.
  • It explains the why. Every session comes with its purpose: what it's for and what you're after with it.

Frequently asked

Before you start

I run as well as ride. Is this for me?
Yes, and it's exactly what it was built for. Let's be clear: we are not a pure running app — if you only run, there are better dedicated tools than ours. What we do is make your runs count properly: they're measured by pace, grade-adjusted pace, critical speed and VDOT; they add to your load with their own formula; and — most importantly — they keep their own impact ledger so the coach never schedules a hard bike day on top of a long run.
Exactly which sports does it recognize?
Cycling (road, MTB, gravel, cyclocross, trainer), running (road, trail, treadmill), walking and hiking, swimming, strength, HIIT, rowing, elliptical and yoga. Each has its own load and impact factor, so they stop piling up under a generic "Other". With their own analysis today: cycling, running, walking, inline skating, swimming and strength. HIIT, rowing, elliptical and yoga enter your history and add to your load the right way — perceived exertion in the gym, heart rate where heart rate describes the effort — with time, heart rate and load as their metrics. The coach only prescribes the sports you authorize (cycling, running, walking, skating, swimming or strength); if it starts spotting a new habit in your history, it proposes it rather than deciding on its own.
Do I need a power meter?
With a power meter you get the most out of the bike (power curve, FTP, watt-based TSS). Without one, load comes from heart rate and, on foot, directly from pace — which is the right yardstick for running, not a substitute. And if you have neither a watch nor a bike computer, your phone records with GPS and Bluetooth sensors.
Can I compete on foot in The Arena?
Yes, by its own yardstick. Duels and challenges on foot are measured by distance, elevation, load, hours and best grade-adjusted pace; segments on foot have their own leaderboard; and skating competes by speed. What remains cycling-only is the W/kg comparison. We never compare you on something you didn't choose: you join each leaderboard only if you want to.
What does it integrate with?
With Intervals.icu (1 click: history, wellness and per-point data streams) and with Strava (it imports your activities and receives your phone recordings), visible only to you — by its API policy, Strava data never feeds the AI or appears in social features. You can also import FIT, GPX, TCX and CSV, connect your Polar account, and Wahoo connects directly (it imports your rides and your ELEMNT/KICKR receives the plans). Garmin data arrives today via Intervals.icu; the direct integration is in progress, subject to their approval. And you can always record from your phone. Garmin®, Strava®, Wahoo® and Apple® are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with those companies.
Is my data safe?
Your data is yours. We use it only to analyze your performance and generate your recommendations, and we never sell it. We don't train AI models with it, and what goes to the AI travels without your name or your email. You can disconnect a source (which deletes its imported data) or delete your account whenever you want.
Is it free?
Yes: the Free plan is free forever and includes the two-axis analysis, every discipline, the phone recorder and the full Arena — duels, league, challenges and segments. Competing with your people is never charged. The AI coach lives in the paid plan (see the price above), with the AI included. You start without a card.
