Your AI Coach uses your data only to generate your plan and your analyses (per-user inference). We do not train AI models with your data. Our AI provider is Anthropic PBC (Claude), USA, operating under a no-training-retention configuration; you can read its privacy policy. If we changed provider, we would update this notice and notify you.

Data coming from Strava is not used for the AI nor stored in persistent indexes. We do not send the AI provider data that directly identifies you (name, email, account identifiers).

The AI can make mistakes; its recommendations are guidance and do not constitute medical advice. You decide whether to follow them.
